Winery Review: "This beautiful, blush-hued Chateau Ste. Michelle Sparkling Rosé with delicate flavors of strawberries, sweet orange and berry jam is the perfect combination of crisp acidity and lovely fine bubbles that pairs with almost everything. Enjoy!"


Wine Folly:Light-bodied rosé that offers bright aromas of watermelon, raspberry, lemon followed with strawberry and citrus zest. Perfect pairing with light pasta and rice dishes, grilled fish and a wide array of cheese.


My Review: Overall, I believe roses are a great wine to enjoy because they are the bridge between whites and reds and this was no exception. The light zesty flavors as well as the raspberry and strawberry flavors were at the fore front of this wines taste and its smell was similar but also brought in hints of more citrus then light fruity flavors. Over all I enjoyed this wine and in the future would like to pair it with a lighter dish as recommended by the website.

tasting- sauvignon blanc
