Winery Review: "Proving once again that opposites do attract, Bar Dog Cabernet Sauvignon is polished and silky in texture. Beautiful blueberry aromas combine with ripe plum and cocoa flavors, mingling throughout the long, expressive finish."

Wine Folly:The world’s most popular red wine grape is a natural cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux, France. Cabernet Sauvignon is loved for its high concentration and age worthiness.

My Review: This one was a first for me being that I don't normally drink red wines but as I'm trying to expand my palate thus what prompted the decision, not to mention I liked I liked the dog on the label. While drinking this I noticed that the body is much more full than the previous whites I drank. While drinking this I collected tastes of oddly enough slightly chocolaty or cocoa. There was also some deeper fruit tastings apart from your normal citrus and light fruits you would experience in a white as described in the description I did also notice the dark plum flavors but more fuller grapes as well.
