Tasting - LOOSEN BROS. 2021 Dr. L Riesling “Gray Slate”

 



  • The Wine tasted today is a Riesling Gray Slate from Loosen bros dated 2021 and it costs around 20$ per bottle

  • As for my personal review of the wine I would say I enjoyed it however it was a little more acidic then the last wine I had and had a fruitier kick with notes of petroleum and lime which provided a larger pop. This was also a good wine to drink after classes getting ready for the nights festivities however, I would not recommend this if you were planning to have a glass before bed or doing something more low key. 
  • I paired the wine with Garlic chicken and rice and was pleasantly surprised to how well they tasted together and would recommend pairing them together to others.

tasting- sauvignon blanc
